About Shannon

I am a college student, studying to become an elementary teacher, who loves working with kids and has lots of experience. I have been coaching soccer to children for four years now as a Coach. At this job back home, I worked with children between the ages of 18 months all the way up to 12 years old. I have been working at a day care in Ellensburg for over a year now, specifically with children 2-5 years old. I am the oldest of all my siblings and cousins so I naturally have grown up as a leader and the responsible figure. I have volunteered at several sports camps where I worked with kids of all ages. I also volunteered at two summer camps for disabled children and was able to have lots of one-on-one interaction. I have babysat for children I coach at my work as well as other families around my neighborhood. Three words to describe me are enthusiastic, athletic, and responsible.
