About Shannon

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, dependable and patient. I like caring for seniors because I've always had a soft spot in my heart for seniors. I enjoy being there to support and care for them. I'm looking for a job that offers flexibility, allows me to give back and leaves me feeling fulfilled at the end of the day. I started caring for seniors in high school when my grandparents needed a little extra help, and I continued supporting my grandma as she aged, deepening my appreciation for this kind of work. In my spare time, I enjoy building Lego, spending quality time with my son, reading, and taking time for self-care. One thing you should know about me is I believe everyone deserves kindness and respect, no matter their age or ability. My skills include active listening, patience and compassionate communication.
