About Shannon

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, outgoing, and kind. I like working with animals because I have always grown up with animals and have volunteered at my local shelter for a while. Animals give me a sense of companionship and they all have unique personalities that make it entertaining and enjoyable to be around. I started working with animals when I was very young. Between having my own pets, fostering, volunteering at the shelter, and dog walking/boarding I have great experience. In my spare time, I like to go hiking, cooking, going to the gym, reading, and spending quality time with the people around me. One thing you should know about me is I am punctual and reliable. My skills include observing changes, handling all types of animals, and knowing how to de-escalate a situation.
