Shannon is a deeply loving and caring person who formed a strong connection with our daughter and everyone in our family. We could always trust her excellent judgement regarding both child safety and redirecting challenging toddler behaviors. She is a skilled teacher and great communicator. We always felt engaged in the fun activities she was doing with our daughter, especially through seeing the curriculum plan she chose to write out and the meaningful crafts they completed together.
