Shannon cared for my blind elderly father during the last year of his life. Her enthusiasm was infectious. She thought "out of the box" to provide experiences for him that brought him great joy, including taking him outside while it was snowing so he could feel the snow, and helping him plan and host a party. She was on time and also flexible about schedule changes as needs changed. She kept him and his apartment meticulously clean and cooked delicious food for him. It was a real gift to have her with him.
