Shannon is fabulous. She took care of my 4 and 3 year old kids, picking them up from school and then caring for them at my home until my return from work. She was reliable, personable, and my kids LOVED her. She made sure they played outside often, had ideas for activities, and genuinely enjoyed interacting with my kids. She is great with updating parents throughout the day as well, which is great when you can’t be there to make sure everything is going well. I would rehire in a heartbeat!
