Shannon is the best. Besides just being a generally awesome person to interact with throughout the day, my 8 month old was exclusively breastfeeding to sleep, and Shannon effectively taught her how to use a bottle and how to sleep without me. She has the magic nanny touch we are all looking for. Would 10/10 refer her to anyone. 

Shannon was great with my 5 month old when I first went back to work, I had her as his nanny while I worked from home. Shannon did so well with my baby, and was super engaging and patient. He only does contact naps, and she did so good with making sure he still got good solid naps in. She offered great suggestions, but was also quick to take any direction I had. My baby absolutely loved her, and got super comfortable with her really fast. 
I fully plan to use Shannon again in the future for both one-time jobs and if I need a nanny when I eventually go back to work again.
I also have two large dogs, and she was great in working around them as well. 

Shannon was very nice a communicative. Our son really connected with her energy. She was a big help in our time of need. Much appreciated. 

Shannon was an incredible sitter for our three children, helping us wrangle them during a busy family wedding weekend. Don’t know what we would have done without her!

Shannon was terrific. She successfully transported our children to their sports activities and coordinated their meals. We found her to be professional and warm with the children but also gave them the space they needed when appropriate. We look forward to hiring her again in the future.

5 out of 5 stars! We hired Shannon to watch out two little kiddos for our first date night. I was nervous how the kids would react to us leaving, but they took to her immediately. I was sure both kids would still be awake when we got home. Imagine my surprise when we got home and both kids were actually fast asleep! Shannon helped us out with emergency care when a nanny hire fell through. She was incredibly easygoing, followed all of our wishes and directions for our 12 month old, and was all around experienced, dependable, and great! We always have her at the top of our list when we need a sitter.

Shannon has been nannying for my kids (2 and 5) for a few months now and she has been wonderful. She is very reliable and always on time. She is very flexible and willing to accommodate any changes in our schedule. She keeps my kids engaged and takes them to do fun activities like pumpkin patches and the Children's museum.
