I have worked with adults who have mental and or physical disabilities for the past 20 years. This also includes Autistic individuals as well as Dementia/Alshermier. I have a good understanding of their needs and wants. I have been told that I have alot of patient with my individuals and, I do. I enjoy working with people who have a disabilitie because I just love to care for other people. Its a soft spot in my heart that I have. I have seen too may cases of individuals being taken advantage or being abused. That's the main reason I got into this business in the first place was to help. Well I think that sums it up for now.
