I would love to come do a consultation for your home. The consultation is free. My prices may a bit higher than others, but my work is top notch! I do have references that can testify first hand. I can do a custom package for you or below are my basic and deep clean rates. I charge a flat rate for 4 hours starting at $140 - $180 (this will depend on the job at task) and I charge an additional hourly rate $25 - $30 an hour for anything after 4 hours. My base cleaning includes dusting, mopping, vacuuming, wiping down kitchen counters and outside appliances, bathrooms and inside window sills. My starting rate for a deep clean is $300-$385 for the first 6 hours (depending on the job at task) and $30-$35 each additional hour. My deep clean will include my base clean, oven cleaning, outside cabinet wipe down, interior windows, base boards, ceiling fans and vents. I have the prices of each appliance if ever needed as Add-ons just ask.

Wanted a housekeeper that didn't just work around stuff. Once a week I wanted someone that would take care of everything. Have had Shannon doing just that since December. It's been great having her at our home. Always keeps in communication if there are any delays/rescheduling needed (life happens). Would recommend her to anyone.
