Having lived with my own grandmother and worked professionally with elderly and youngsters, I can confidently say loving people of all kinds is my second nature. I am quick to help, an ear to listen, and can be a chatty conversationalist. Understanding that life is quite the process at all ages, I'm very patient and empathetic. Having recently graduated from The Natural Gourmet Institute in Manhattan, I'm a huge advocate for health and am more than happy to meal prep anytime, just let me know what you like!
