Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. My 10 years of experience have reinforced my desire to support well-being and independence. As a Registered Nurse, I provide respite care, transportation, and medical management. I also assist with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I prioritize independence and earn trust through open communication with both my patients and their families. I follow the family's preferred communication method, whether through written daily reports or verbal updates. My patient and calm demeanor allows me to connect with others.
