I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation, particularly with memory care needs. I'm also skilled in providing and , running errands, light housekeeping, and preparing meals. I communicate regularly with families, using their preferred method, to provide updates and address any concerns. Earning your trust is my priority. I have CPR and First Aid Training.
