Over 10 + years of experience have given me a deep understanding of the rewards and challenges of senior care. I currently work as a Medication Technician for a retirement community. My passion for supporting adults' well-being led me to this fulfilling career. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I strive to understand each person's preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide respite care, hospice services, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, following their preferred method. I am comfortable with pets.
