I literally have no negative items for shaniya! My kids loved her since day 1! What impresses me the most about Shaniya is her patience with kids. While they are melting down, having a fit, she gets to their level and helps them calm and find the words to express their feelings. Shes a good mix of firm and fun and we always enjoy having her!
