About Shaniya

Hi ! I am Shaniya ! Caring for children has been one of the most meaningful parts of my life since graduating high school. I'm warm, patient, energetic, dependable, and passionate about helping children feel safe, loved, confident, and excited to learn. I have 16 college credits in Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon University and am continuing my education. My experience includes three years as an Infant Lead Teacher, Toddler Lead Teacher experience, and two years as a nanny. I love keeping up with curious minds and turning everyday moments into learning opportunities through outdoor adventures, reading, creating, playing, and exploring. I encourage independence, creativity, confidence, and a love of learning while respecting each family's routines and parenting style. I value open communication and understand how important it is for parents to have someone they can truly trust. Caring for children is more than a job to me; it's something I genuinely love.
