Hi! I'm Shanita, a compassionate caregiver with years of hands-on experience supporting grandparents, new moms, and children of all ages. As a Doula and Holistic Practitioner, I bring a calm, nurturing presence and a deep understanding of emotional, mental, and behavioral needs. Whether assisting elders, helping moms recover after birth, or redirecting and engaging energetic little ones, I show up with patience, empathy, and reliability. I have experience assisting those with dementia and mobility challenges, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities.
