Hi how are you? My name is Shanice and I recently relocated from NY. While there I've nannied over 8 years with 7 years day care experience. It was a friendly environment and I have learned a lot working there. I have very positive attitude and outlook on any situation. My thoughtless acts of kindness and dedication to my work has helped me grow so much as an assistant as well as a person. I was the head teacher in the infant room/ early preschool room but have moved around throughout toddlers and kindergarten. I also have a car, which makes transport to fun activities even easier. Shanice is amazing. She really handles my challenging 4yr old well! She's is firm but kind and playful. She does a lot of activities with the kids, gets them out of the house, picks up after them, and does a ton of creative learning as well. She's very hands on, and has become a part of our family! The kids look forward to having her here and we know we can always rely on her to be consistent and to be considerate with her communication when she intends to be out. She's a wonderful nanny.
