Hi, my name is Shanice. I'm a professional Nanny, Newborn Care Specialist, doula and house manager with 9+ years of private household experience caring for newborns, infants, and toddlers. I specialize in newborn care, sleep routines, and structured developmental support, and I'm also experienced with multi-child households, travel preparation, and light household coordination. I'd describe my personality as warm, bubbly, nurturing and kind I like working with kids because I truly love watching kids meet their milestones and learning themselves.
