About Shanice

Hi! My name is Shanice, and I'm a caring, patient, and dependable childcare provider with over 5 years of experience working with children. I have experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children in both childcare and classroom settings. I have completed 12 units in Child Development and hold a Child Development Permit, along with Mandated Reporter training. I enjoy creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can learn, play, and feel comfortable being themselves. I'm experienced with daily routines, meals, diapering, nap time, age-appropriate activities, and supporting children's social and emotional development. Working with children has always been something I truly enjoy, and I treat every child with patience, kindness, and respect. I also understand how important communication and reliability are to families, and I want parents to feel comfortable and confident knowing their child is in caring hands.
