Hi! My name is Shania but you can call me Nia! I'm a certified paraprofessional with over 10+ years in childcare/ education experience, who is seeking a summertime position! I'd describe my personality as patient, empathetic, and kind :) I enjoy working with children because I find it so refreshing to see the world from their perspectives and the reminder to not sweat the small stuff I'm looking for a job that allows me a flexible schedule during the summer time I started working with kids when I was 16 years old. I Initially worked as a nanny, then eventually worked my way up to my current role as a special education paraprofessional In my spare time, I like to read, cook, and spend time with my husband, family and friends One thing you should know about me is that I'm very big on kindness and respect towards all. I'm very adaptable and strive to always treat people the way they want to be treated
