I have a lot of experience caring for children both professionally and as a parent, including working with children who have disabilities and may need extra support. I understand how important patience, consistency, and clear routines are, especially for kids who benefit from structure and emotional guidance. I take a calm, nurturing approach and focus on helping children feel safe, understood, and confident. I'm comfortable supporting emotional regulation, positive behavior, and daily routines while keeping things fun and age-appropriate. I value open communication with families and always treat each child as an individual. My goal is to be someone parents can trust and children feel comfortable with from day one.
