Dependable, playful, and experienced! Hi there! I'm Shania, and I've spent the last 7+ years turning everyday moments into opportunities for kids to learn, laugh, and grow. I currently work in ABA with children on the autism spectrum, which has taught me the power of patience, creativity, and celebrating every little success. I love getting outside for sports, playing board games, and creating educational activities that feel more like fun than work. I'm also happy to help with meals, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I know some sign language, hold a graduate degree, and am CPR/First Aid certified. Families know me for being friendly, dependable, and communicative-I make sure parents always feel in the loop.
