Hey there! I'm Shania and have been a nanny or in the child care industry for 10+ years. I currently work as a para educator with VPS in a special needs classroom but I'm looking for something for either after school, or setting something up for the summer! This summer my schedule is quite flexible! I am outgoing, friendly, patient, have CPR and CPI training and have worked with ages 6 months to 12. I am very experienced in this field. I have experience working with kids who experience behavior issues and have training and patience with I successfully de-escalate them. I'm a mother of 2, and have support for them when I need to work so I would not have to bring them along with me. I am open to cooking, cleaning, pets, etc.
