I honestly can’t say enough good things about Shanese - she has been such a gift to our family, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had her in our lives. From the very beginning, she was amazing with our 5-mo old baby: warm, patient and calm, attentive, and just naturally so great with little ones. Our baby loved her immediately, and absolutely lights up when she walks through the door. It was obvious right away that Shanese genuinely loves what she does and she’s great at it. She has an amazing wealth of experience and knowledge, and as a first time mom, it felt great to know I could always ask Shanese for her advice on anything and everything. Beyond being wonderful with babies, Shanese is incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and has great communication skills. She’s the kind of person who shows up on time (often early!) and we always have peace of mind knowing she has things covered. Shanese brought such a positive, loving energy to our home and became like part of the family. We will miss her deeply, and any family who works with her is truly lucky.
