About Shane

I like working with animals because they are fun. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help a family that needs a little help with their animals and I can help. I started working with animals when I was younger. I grew up with German shepherds and then had my own labs. Then I had a mini rat terrier for 16 years. Among my friends I was always willing to watch their dogs for a weekend or short week. I truly enjoy caring for them. Makes me smile. In my spare time, I like to Golf, line dance. Go to early dinners with friends. I'm writing a book. (Totally a blast). Enjoy the symphony and live theatre. Talk with my friends on the phone. Have long conversations with my sister about recipes, clothes, fixing mechanical stuff. One thing you should know about me is I am a veteran. My skills include finding out what they are most comfortable with. I let them tell or show me. Finding the signs that lets me know they feel safe with me.
