I hired Shanell and we worked out a schedule. She never showed up and would not respond to any of my texts after that. I had my caregiver take her time to come to my house to train w/her and she never showed. Disrespectful behavior. I would not hire someone who can’t even give me the courtesy to call and tell me she changed her mind or found something else. Just to ghost you and not show up is awful.
