I would describe my personality as imaginative, grounded, and proactive. I am passionate about working with children and supporting their growth by creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. I enjoy making learning enjoyable and helping children build confidence as they develop new skills. Watching children grow, learn, and gain self-belief is deeply rewarding to me. I am seeking a role where I can make a positive difference by sharing my knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm. My experience working with children began at 17, when I started babysitting part-time while in high school. This experience strengthened my sense of responsibility and understanding of children's individual needs. A core value of mine is my commitment to children's safety, well-being, and happiness. I am reliable, attentive, and observant, and I strive to create an environment where both children and parents feel secure and confident.
