About Shanee

Hello, my name is Shanee, or as my students call me Ms. Shay! I am currently the lead teacher of the Giraffe classroom at The Highlands Academy here in Denver. I have extensive experience with children as I've worked as a teacher at several different preschools; Arcadia Montessori in Phoenix, Carriage House in Breckenridge, Guadalupana Lab School in Tucson, and now The Highlands Academy here in Denver. I am also a certified ski instructor and have taught lessons at both Breckenridge and Eldora. I hold titles for: -Snack Master -Craft Master -Freeze Dance DJ -Goop and Goo chemist A little bit more about me: I am dog mom to a spunky Catahoula named Stevie, the color pink is my favorite, macaroni and cheese is a passion of mine, I love to ski, camp, and hike. I'm very down to earth, open minded, and try to put my kindest foot forward no matter what. I would love to spend time with your littles!
