Warm greetings, I'm Shandra. I have over 10 years working with seniors citizens & special needs, memory care and assisted living facilities. Job duty included: medication management, stand-by assist showers/transfers, feeding, toilet changing, light cleaning, dressing, grooming, indoor activities and driving to doctor's appointments. My background has been striving to give back to the community. I like working in a diverse range of the population with adults and children. I take pride and dependable and ready to work. Patient, personable and professional in responding to patient needs, with gentle touch and caring attitude centered on treating all with dignity and respect. Energetic and motivational leader dedicated to driving- Quality patient care. Experienced in Alzheimer's and Dementia, ALS, Cognitive Support, TBI (Traumatic Brain Injuries) and Parkinson's Disease.
