Hi, my name is Shandell. I am a registered nurse with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, including clinical leadership roles and teaching at a local community college. I am deeply passionate about providing compassionate, respectful, and dependable care, especially for older adults who deserve dignity and support in their daily lives. I bring strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a calm, patient approach to caregiving. I value building trust with both clients and families and pride myself on being reliable and attentive. Outside of work, I'm a proud dog mom to three mini goldendoodles and enjoy boating, golfing, and traveling. I believe staying active and engaged is important at every stage of life, and I enjoy supporting seniors in doing just that.
