Not only was she able to adapt to my crazy work schedule, but she did it with understanding and always with Evan’s best interest in mind. She basically helped me raise my son and has researched solutions to issues E has had. I dont have enough space to write all of the positive attributes of Shanay. From the moment I placed E in her arms and left for work, I knew I made the right decision to hire her. She became my sister. We shared similar experiences, we cried and laughed together, and she helped me be an amazing mom to E.
