We hired Shanaya part time for childcare. She was very polite and easy going. Never got frustrated when my daughter would cry or get fussy. She found ways to keep my daughter entertained and engaged. After a few weeks, she did tell me that she found a full time position and would no longer be able to watch my daughter come January 6th. I was very happy for her. At times she would ask for payment in advance, which I would provide trusting that she would arrive the next day to watch my daughter. One day, I paid her 50% in advance, but she never showed up and have not heard from her after reaching out several times. I was left disappointed.
