For effective communication, I provide written daily reports and engage in verbal communication at pickup. I also tailor my approach to the parents' preferred communication method. While I'm somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, I prioritize open and respectful discussions with children to foster understanding and cooperation. I enjoy a variety of games, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that blend learning with fun.
