About Shana

I'd describe my personality as ambitious, passionate and cheerful. I like working with kids because I love learning and watching people learn new facts or skills. I love seeing the world through and child's eyes. It is easy to get along with children. Providing boundaries for children helps them learn about social cues and safety. I love working with neurodivergent children. I have 7 years of experience working in special education. I started working with kids when I was going to school for my Bachelors degree. I worked in a pre-school for 1 year in 2015. In my spare time, I like to read, spend time with my family, spend time outdoors. My skills include Special education degree, CPR training, teaching for 6 years. I have worked in applied behavioral analysis for 6 years for neurodivergent children.
