About Shana

Hello, I'm Shana, a compassionate CNA and Home Health Aide with over 15 years of experience. I am CPR and First Aid certified and Level II background screened. My first priorities are safety, comfort, dignity, and making sure each client has everything needed. I assist with daily routines, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, meals, medication reminders, housekeeping, mobility, transfers, fall prevention, transportation, companionship, and safety monitoring. I specialize in dementia and memory care, adapting to changing needs, and calmly de-escalating stressful situations. I provide pre- and post-surgical support, help following written discharge instructions, and support with physician-directed wound-care routines. I learn each client's personality, preferences, and needs while keeping families updated by call or text. Caregiving is my passion.
