Becoming a caregiver was a natural step after fulfilling experiences in adult and senior care roles. Supporting families and providing reliable care is important to me, especially after taking care of my own family members. I have six years of experience providing respite care, running errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I'm compassionate, friendly, respectful, and nonjudgmental. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and create calm environments. I understand preferences and personal histories to build connections. I provide verbal updates or communicate via text/phone, following your preferred method. I have some college education and home caregiving and hospice training.
