My name is Shana. I've always had a passion for child development that started with babysitting as a teenager. At 19 I began working in an in-home child daycare and have been there ever since. At daycare I've worked with children of all ages, from babies as young as 6 weeks old up to school age. I'm a very positive and cheerful person and very passionate about caring for children and guiding them as they develop as young people. I love planning and carrying out fun activities. I'm also very patient with children and try to always advocate for them as they learn to navigate the world.

Shana is by far the best care taker we have ever had for our kids. She is so caring, responsible, fun, loving and treats your kid like her own. Shana has such a positive, calm and caring presence about her, kids just love her. She became part of our family and would show up when watching the kids with different games and activities, the kids loved when she would watch them and always request Shana whenever we needed childcare. Shana is a great communicator and has am amazing work ethic, gets along so well with anyone, she is always so happy and cheerful. Any family would be so fortunate to have her as their nanny and part of their family, she is truly a gem and amazing at what she does in caring for kids and helping out in all areas needed with family and household care. If you hire Shana, you know your kids are in the very best care, she truly is the best as what she does!
