About Shana

Hi, nice to (virtually) meet you! My name is Shana. I graduated cum laude from UCI with a degree in English Lit & Philosophy. I have experience with students of all ages, but specialize in essay composition, reading and writing, and English as a second language! I have tutored a variety of AP courses and SAT Prep as well. I focus on your child's goals, whether that be getting ahead outside of the classroom, test preparation, or ensuring homework is completed and the course material is understood. Additionally, I teach foreign language (Spanish) and classical piano. I am incredibly patient, hands-on, & invested in my students' success. I do offer a free-trial first lesson. Please reach out if interested, as my rate is negotiable and dependent on the material being taught as well as your location. Looking forward to working with you & making your students' academic career a success!
