Shana set the bar so incredibly high as the first nanny I ever hired. She worked with our family for a little over 2 years and she is the reason I was able to keep working while having kids. Her deep experience and passion for children put me at complete ease and allowed me to focus on my job. I knew my children were safe and loved when they were with Shana. Shana would proactively come to me with developmental / behavioral ideas to advance my child, and I was always blown away by her ideas and care. She is thoughtful, creative, energetic, trustworthy, positive, fun, smart - you name it. Shes just the best person to have in your life. To top it all off, Shana kept my home very clean. She came up with ways to better clean areas of my home and would proactively ensure all was kept in good shape. I just can’t speak highly enough of Shana. I know Shana will remain in our lives for a very long time.
