About Shana

I have a genuine love and appreciation for older adults and truly enjoy spending time with them, hearing their stories, sharing laughs, and helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. I previously managed a Senior Nutrition Program, where I worked closely with social workers, Aging and Adult Services, and community resources to support the needs of seniors. I'm currently a college student pursuing a degree in Psychology and also volunteer as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). I work in physical therapy, where I interact with individuals of varying ages and abilities. I'm dependable, compassionate, patient, and easygoing. I love the outdoors, sports, music, and animals. Whether it's companionship, errands, appointments, meal preparation, or everyday assistance, I believe seniors deserve to feel respected, heard, valued, and cared for. I genuinely love older folks and would be honored to make their days a little easier and brighter!
