About Shamsa

Hi! My name is Shamsa, and I am a childcare professional with over four years of experience working with infants and toddlers in licensed childcare settings, including Bright Horizons. I bring a strong foundation in child development, structured routines, and creating calm, engaging environments where children feel safe and supported. I transitioned into nannying to provide individualized, development-focused care. I take an intentional approach by observing each child's needs, thoughtfully adjusting their environment, and creating meaningful, play-based experiences that support growth, independence, and confidence. I have experience in inclusive settings, including supporting children on the autism spectrum.
