About Shalom

Hi, my name is Shalom. I've been working in the childcare industry for 2 years now, but I've always had experience working with children, whether it's been watching younger siblings, babysitting close friends, or being a Junior Counselor at Beachmont Christian Summer Camp. Right now, I'm one of the teachers at a local preschool but in my future, I hope to open a daycare of my own. I have a passion for childcare and will be attending Stevenson University in the fall to study Early Childhood Education. I'd describe my personality as engaging, patient, and somewhat introspective. I'm a little more on the quiet side, but I value getting to know people individually, and I am a firm believer in making sure every child feels comfortable and safe in my company.
