For 15 years I have specialized in service to High Profile Families and while I'm registered with some of the nations top nanny agencies, I have found wonderful positions here on 'Care' as well. My husband of 16 years is in the military. I have worked with children newborn-15years old and have extensive training in Childhood Development. I'm passionate about kids. I am very energetic! My time spent with children is focused on enriching their knowledge, to help them learn and grow. Areas that I have much experience serving families with are; transportation, packing/travel, housekeeping, bath time, nap time, meals, teaching and guidance with homework, play time, event planning and regular outings, etc. I am licensed as a Nurse's Aid and though I previously worked in hospice, I have found that caring for children is truly where my heart is! I have made it my life's work, but it is more than just a 'job'. It's my heart. I am open to full-time or part-time.

Shalise is, without question, the best nanny we’ve worked with in our 15 years as parents. She is thoughtful, mature, responsible, and an absolute joy to have in our home. What truly sets her apart is her ability to meet each child exactly where they are. She brings fun, creativity, and genuine engagement to our younger daughter—keeping her active, happy, and off screens—while also having the maturity and emotional intelligence to connect deeply with our older teenage daughters. We entrusted Shalise with full responsibility for our four daughters (ages 10–15) for seven days and seven nights, and she handled everything flawlessly. Not a single issue. Our girls felt safe, supported, and cared for the entire time. Shalise is exceptional in every way, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Anyone would be incredibly fortunate to have her as their nanny.
