About Shalanda

I'd describe my personality as passionate, caring, and expressive. I like working with kids because they're full of energy and curiosity. I enjoy being someone who can support them, make them feel safe, and help them grow. I'm looking for a job where I can work in a positive, supportive environment and feel respected for what I bring to the team. I started working with kids through babysitting family members. Then I got a job in childcare in 2023, and I've continued gaining experience since then. In my spare time, I enjoy taking pictures with my digital camera, shopping, listening to music, going out to eat, spending time with friends One thing you should know about me is I treat every child with kindness & respect. I'm able to stay calm and understanding with kids, I take my responsibilities seriously when it comes to their safety and care, and I communicate well with both children and parents.
