About Shakima

Hi parents or guardians!! My name is Shakima I cant wait to have the opportunity to watch your little ones... I know how it feels to need someone to trust that can support you during their lives. Im 23 and I have a younger brother that means the world to me ive watched over him and basically raised him until my mother was able to take over. Those little moments meant the world I went from bottle feeding to learning colors and ABC's to now seeing him graduate elementary!!! I have alot of experience in all ranges ive potty trained, prepared for early education and even down to learning how to process emotions at home. My goal is to go to school to become a social worker or child therapist. I take mental health very serious and I know alot starts at home. I would love to be apart of a childs life and knowing I not only watched them but made them feel safe.
