Hi! My name is Shaira & I am 22 years old. Ive been babysitting for about 4 years now & have also taken courses in childhood development. I am currently in college to become a speech therapist, which is all being attended online. I also grew up with taking care of my 3 siblings, so definitely have had a lot of experience. Ive cared for honestly all the age groups! so at this point i've very comfortable with any age. I have my own vehicle, can help with homework & housework(I love cleaning!). My schedule is really flexible as I mostly just stay home with my doggy aha. Looking forward to working with you!

She helped care for my two boys—one who has special needs that require more personal care—she’s open to feedback and adjusts accordingly—she’s great at taking initiative with doing fun things with the kids but also allowing them to be independent

I have her watch my kids on date nights twice every month and I couldn’t ask for anyone better. My kids love her and she even goes beyond to leaving the house spotless. 100% recommend her 

Unfortunately the first time I hired her she was okay, but this second time I reached out to her in which she agreed to time and date only for her not to show up. I even sent text night before to confirm with no response and thought maybe she was tied up only for me to text day of service and no response no call back. You don't leave parents hanging after they set their outing time based on your availability and with notice you don't even have courtesy to text or call.

My kids love her and I couldn't ask for a better babysitter! I can't thank her enough for watching my kiddos!

Shaira was punctual, and was an amazing caregiver to our two boys (ages 8 and 2). She immediately took over with getting dinner/snacks prepared, and both my husband and myself felt extremely comfortable with her in our home. We can't wait to have Shaira over again, and my oldest is already asking when she'll be back!

We've only had Shaira babysit once so far, but would definitely hire her again. She was on time, helped the boys with their school work, and played games. When I got home, she was in the middle of a Nerf gun battle! :-)

Punctual and kind, she was great with my kiddos and the evening went by without issue. I can't wait until next time!

I definitely wouldn't skip over people who don't have reviews. We saw sharia's profile due to her reviews and wanted to interview her. Telling someone all about your children and your schedules isn't the best thing to do we now know because she stood us up when it came time to meet. We planned out our Saturday according to the meetup, mind you we have three children who have Saturday activities only to be led on by Shaira with no returned phone calls only text messages that she had seen. We would have been OK with a simple I'm sorry I'm going to have to pass on this one rather than nothing just waiting and no answer. People do your research on everyone and don't think the 5 stars means that it should be your number one pick. She clearly is a "young adult" who isn't fully mature enough yet.

I had the honor to work with Shaira in my daycare in NC where she volunteered at. The age groups were from the years 1-6. All the kids loved Shaira. She was super fun with them and just brought great vibes. Not only was she great with the kids but is a great responsible lady in general. Was always on time but on rare occasions where she couldn't come in, she always let me know 3-4 weeks in advance. We miss have you around, take care Shaira!

She is an amazing worker follows directions very helpful very sweet and very dependable. She is super awesome my son loves her and her dog Ziggy. The first day he met her he felt so comfortable with her as if he's already known her he went with her with no problem she kept him overnight. He loves staying with her she is an amazing worker and if i can rehire her 1000 times I would.

Shaira took care of my son for me and my wife's date night. Let me tell you we were both amazed when we got home and saw that our son was already asleep. Not just that but also she left the kitchen and and living room spotless Definitely will be booking again.
