She has cared for our daughters (now 20 months and 3.5 years) since they were infants, both in full-day childcare and as our go-to in-home babysitter whenever we’ve needed extra support. Her attentiveness, warmth, and genuine love are extraordinary; she anticipates their needs, keeps them safe and happy, and nurtures them as if they were her own. Watching the way our girls light up when they see her and run to her with complete trust says everything. I cannot recommend Shaina highly enough.
