About Shaina

I have five years of childcare experience working with children of all ages as well as children with special needs. My approach is patient and calm, but I also love bringing creativity and imagination into playtime. I enjoy outdoor activities, board games, puzzles, and reading. I respect and enforce household rules and will always follow the parents' lead on how to best support their children. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, ensuring you're always informed. I am currently getting my Masters in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in developmental psychology and have current certifications in CPR and First Aid. I have my own car, am non-smoking, and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to connecting with your family and creating a nurturing environment for your children to thrive.
