About Shailene

I am an intuitive, dedicated caregiver with deep roots in ECE and working closely with families. I started in preschools, then created & taught the English curriculum for kindergarten classes in a French elementary school, after some university studies in Psychology & International Relations . Families appreciate my ability to quickly read each child, create a calm & trusting environment, my detailed communication with parents. I'm experienced with overnights, navigating unpredictable moments. I have first hand & professional experience with newborns and with sick children requiring specialized care. In 2018, an opportunity lead me to switch industries. As a bridge for my two passions, I began coaching child actors for auditions & on-set work. I honed skills to build instant rapport, quickly adapt to different personalities, & keep the children engaged without burnout. I am warm, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about supporting children and their families.
