About Shaide

Hi! I'm Shaide, a warm, energetic, and dependable mom with 8+ years of experience caring for children. I genuinely love spending time with kids and creating an environment where they feel safe, seen, and encouraged to be themselves. I especially enjoy getting outside, doing creative and educational activities, reading, playing, and turning everyday moments into opportunities to learn. I'm passionate about limiting screen time and encouraging lots of outdoor play and hands-on activities. I'm also a mom to a 3-year-old, and I'm currently homeschooling him for preschool, so I'm very comfortable balancing routines, learning, play, and the wonderfully unpredictable moments that come with caring for little ones. I'd love to find a family that feels like a great fit and where I can genuinely become a trusted part of their village.
